The main purpose of this service is to create an awareness about the differences between those e-sellers who have a license to be an e-commerce dealer and those e-seller who have no license or registry to the legally supported databases. ETIIX gets these data from the local commercial registries or craftsmen's registries. However, being a registered e-seller doesn't necessarily mean that the e-seller is dealing fully in accordance with the e-commerce regulations. ETIIX completes this absence by auditing and controlling the e-sellers upon their request.

If an e-seller has applied for, you can observe ETIIX's all grades about the e-seller in the same place within the results of the search engine.

All services are free for consumers, whereas except 'showing search engine results for the commercial registration', all grading and indexing services are subject to a (small) fee for the e-sellers (e-shops).

Those e-seller who registered for our services must upload their documents that are required at www.etiix.com. If an e-seller has a good 'ETIIX FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE SCORE', this shows that the e-seller has been tested for its financial structure by ETIIX team and has been granted with good enough credentials to be trusted for e-shopping. This Index answers the following questions:

A. Does this e-seller (e-shop) have enough financial structure and organization in order to accomplish what it has promised to the consumers for online shopping.

B. Is the e-seller's (e-shop) activity trend is consistent and sustainable?

C. Does it have any barrier to deliver the goods, which it has undertaken, on time?

If all these questions have positive answers, then this e-seller has proved to be a good e-seller (e-shop). Also, an e-seller can postpone announcing the grades what ETIIX has given until it gets good grades for the indices that it hasn't been granted at a good level. If an e-seller has a good 'ETIIX LEGAL COHERENCE INDEX', this shows that the e-seller (e-shop) has been tested for legal documents by ETIIX team and has been granted with good enough credentials to be trusted for e-shopping. This Index answers the following questions:

A. The existence of a legally registered website

B. Its legal existence and the validity of the information given in the website

C. Its legal coherence to the regulations and the obedience to the rules and ethics

D. The obedience of the electronic e-commerce sales contract to the directives.

If the answers to these queries are positive, then it is said then it is said that the legal coherence of this website has been proved. An e-seller can use only this Financial Index as well as can use the other two also. In other words, an e-seller can use whichever index it prefers all together or solely.don't have to announce the result of the ETIIX's grade(s). In other words, the index grade of an e-seller may be postponed until the e-seller demands to announce it. ETIIX gives a guarantee to the consumers in case an e-seller shows a default, if the e-seller makes a contract with ETIIX and meet the conditions within this contract. Our purpose here is to get rid of the hesitance between the consumers and e-sellers due to the lack of confidence and low profile of the e-seller by giving money-back-guarantee and free return of the goods purchased. This service implies that we as ETIIX are protecting the consumers' rights. This biz-model works as follows: An e-seller becomes a member and makes a contract with ETIIX. If this e-seller cannot deliver the goods or services on time for the followin reasons, then ETIIX guarantees at most TL500 of money refund for each consumer for the sales in last 15 days. The reasons for this guarantee are as follows: i) If the e-seller is no more found in its work place; ii) The e-seller goes into liquidation and/or banktcrupcy; iii) The e-seller rejects the refund of the new goods or money.

  •   If an e-seller wants to give this guarantee to its clients, it has to make a contract with ETIIX first and then accomplish the following conditions:
  •   E-seller must always be open to audit and control;
  •   The purchase of the goods must have been done from those 'accredited' companies which are listed on ETIIX's website with a credit/bank card;
  •   The goods that is ordered must be exactly the same with the goods described in the sales contract but the goods delivered must be different then the one that was ordered or the goods was not shipped to the buyer at all.
  •   If the goods was not delivered to the buyer within the projected time period, then the buyer must inform ETIIX in written or by phone in (3) days.
  •   If the goods was delivered to the buyer within the projected time period, but what if the buyer didn't like the goods and/or doesn't match the features of the ordered and contracted one; then given the goods may be returned with money-back-guarantee, the buyer must have been used the guarantee services.
  •   The client who returned the goods shouldn't make buy-sell of these or other goods.
  •   A client may use this guarantee services only once in 15-day period, irrespective of the seller.

To those clients(consumers) that they prove that they obeyed the rules given above, the guarantees upto TL500 will apply immediately even though the e-seller is lost.
